How does 12 monthly renewal work

1. Submit your order.
2. Please send us a message via WhatsApp (Remarks to renew and your email).
3. After we confirm the order, your login information will be manually renewed and notified to you via Whatsapp.

How long will the order be renewed after submission?

• We usually process orders manually (for security purposes), so please be patient after payment.
• Your subscription details will be sent to the email address you mentioned in the payment form.
• Delivery of your subscription usually takes up to 5 minutes but 12 hours. If you have not received your order after 12 hours, please get in touch with us and check your inbox/spam first.
• You can also contact us via Whatsapp immediately after placing your order to speed up the processing of your order.

Note: In order to keep your subscription alive, please submit a renewal request within 3 days before the expiration date.

Will there be an automatic monthly deduction after renewal?

No, our IPTV does not automatically deduct fees. Please purchase a new IPTV plan if your subscription is ready to expire. You can also use the same email address and let us know via Whatsapp that we will renew for you.
